The GOP on TV are still holding the line that Trump won't or can't be implicated in Russian quid pro quo, although obstruction with the firing of Yates, Comey and the NY DA to protect Flynn is looking more interesting.
It might all come down to whether the Republicans think they are better off by dumping him and if they get the big tax cut for their donors passed, Trump may become very quickly expendable.
It would be a nice Xmas gift though.
