Harper's Foreign Affairs Minister Lawrence Cannon claimed on CTV over the weekend that Hillary Clinton was expressing her personal opinion when she criticized Canada's maternal health initiative, not the policy of the Obama administration.
Unfortunately Mr. Cannon, much like the services offered in your governments proposed initiative represents your party's leader's personal and religious opinions.
