Japanese Prime Minister resigns, we should be so lucky.

Unpopular Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda resigned on Monday over a political deadlock.
Mr. Fukuda, 72, has been struggling to cope with a divided parliament where opposition parties have the power to delay legislation. His sudden departure has deepened doubts about his conservative party's ability to cling to power.
Apparently in Japan when the Prime Minister throws in the towel he has to leave office permanently.
I wish we lived in Japan or better yet, Harper did.
